Liam Lawson will be the Racing Bulls' main driver at the upcoming Formula 1 Baku Grand Prix!

Liam Lawson is a New Zealand racing driver who is considered one of the most promising participants in the Red Bull Young Talent Development Programme. Throughout his career, he has won numerous debut races and won titles in various categories. Before turning seventeen, Lawson had already become a champion in Formula 1, Formula Ford, Asian Formula 3, Formula 4 and the Toyota Racing Series. He also has a victory in the Toyota Racing Series, which highlights his outstanding abilities. One of the highlights of his career was the 2016/17 season, when he joined the New Zealand F1600 Championship series. In 2019, he won the New Zealand Grand Prix and won three more races that season. In 2023, Liam debuted as the main driver of the AlphaTauri team, replacing the injured Daniel Ricciardo from the round in the Netherlands, and is currently in eighteenth place in the overall standings.
