The approximately six-kilometer circuit runs through the historic center of Baku, along the Seaside Boulevard and the famous Maiden Tower. It features 20 turns, all running counter-clockwise. The lap record belongs to Ferrari's Charles Leclerc, while Red Bull Racing's Sergio Perez has the most wins.
The 2026 Azerbaijan Grand Prix will take place from September 23 to 26 and will be the seventeenth round of the championship. The program includes two practice sessions, qualifying, and the main race with a podium ceremony. The first runs will take place in the morning and afternoon on the first day of practice, with qualifying scheduled for late afternoon.
The 2026 Formula 1 season will include 24 rounds of the Formula 1 Championship, starting in Australia on March 8 and concluding in Abu Dhabi on December 6. This season will be the arena for the battle for the world championship titles among drivers and constructors.
